2. Website hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When the site is requested, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested address, transferred volume, status code, referrer, browser and device information. The purpose is delivery, security and troubleshooting. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not create visitor profiles or run audience analytics. Netlify may process data outside the EEA using the safeguards stated in its contractual documentation, including adequacy decisions and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. App account and settings

Doli processes email address, technical user ID, authentication and session data, selected languages, plan and entitlement status, allowance periods, used seconds, session start and end times and coarse technical error categories. This is required to provide and secure the service under Article 6(1)(b) and, for security, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Account and product data are processed through Supabase.

4. Spoken translation

Doli does not store audio recordings, transcripts, or translations. Audio transfer starts only after the user expressly starts an interpreting session and grants microphone access. Production speech processing remains technically disabled until EU regional processing, approved Zero Data Retention and the remaining server release gates are configured. Once enabled, OpenAI Ireland Ltd. may process speech transiently to deliver real-time translation under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

5. Purchases

Apple App Store or Google Play handles purchases. Once fully enabled, RevenueCat, Inc. may process product ID, store, purchase and entitlement status, term and a technical customer identifier. Doli does not receive full payment card details.

6. Storage and deletion

Account and service metadata are processed while the account exists. Confirmed account deletion removes Doli account data unless legal retention duties, open claims or mandatory security reasons apply. Deleting the Doli account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

7. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact info@v-iz.de. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

8. Updates

We update this notice when functions, recipients or legal requirements change. The current German version is available at doliapp.de/datenschutz.
