Withdraw from a contract
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, the standard period is 14 days. No reason is required, but your declaration must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
Check the contracting party first
Doli plans are currently purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Check your receipt. If Apple or Google is named as the contracting or payment party, also use that store’s withdrawal or refund process; Doli cannot reverse a store payment itself. If your contract was concluded directly with Fuat Karacocuk, send your declaration to info@v-iz.de.
Information for matching the purchase
Include your name, Doli account email, purchase date, plan and any order reference. Clearly state that you withdraw from the contract. Never send a Doli one-time code or complete payment details.
Digital services
Special statutory rules may apply after digital content or a service has started, especially where you expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the consequences for withdrawal. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The German information is authoritative.
