Withdraw from a contract
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, the standard period is 14 days. No reason is required, but your declaration must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
Purchases in the app
Personal Doli subscriptions are bought only in the app: through the Apple App Store and, once Doli is available for Android, through Google Play. For withdrawal or a refund of such a purchase, use the process of that store; Doli cannot reverse a store payment itself.
No web contracts with consumers
doliapp.de concludes no contracts with consumers, so there is no current withdrawal information for web subscriptions. Earlier versions are available on request.
If you concluded a contract directly with V-IZ Video-Integrationszentrum, sole proprietor Fuat Karacocuk, and have a right of withdrawal, send your declaration to info@doliapp.de. Sending it within the applicable period is sufficient.
Information for matching the purchase
Include your name, Doli account email, purchase date, plan and any order reference. Clearly state that you withdraw from the contract. Never send a Doli one-time code or complete payment details.
Digital services
Special statutory rules may apply after digital content or a service has started, especially where you expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the consequences for withdrawal. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The German information is authoritative.
