1. Provider and scope

Doli is provided by V-IZ Video-Integrationszentrum, sole proprietor Fuat Karacocuk, operating under the Doli product name, S 3, 2A, 68161 Mannheim, Germany. Contact: info@doliapp.de, +49 1523 2756171. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Service

Doli is a spoken interpreting tool for nearby conversations. It is not a certified professional translation, emergency, legal, medical or advisory service. Automated translations may be incomplete or wrong. Doli or a technical provider may refuse or interrupt a translation or issue its own safety message. Such a system message is not a statement made by either conversation participant.

3. Account, age and permitted use

Users of the live interpreting function must be at least 18 years old. Doli is not directed to people under 18 and must not be made available to them. An account is required. Users must protect signed-in devices and one-time codes. Company devices signed into the same account share one minute allowance.

Doli may not be used unlawfully, to bypass quotas or security, or to interfere with the service. It must not be used in clinical practice, for diagnosis or treatment, for medical advice, emergencies, safety-critical instructions, legal or financial advice, or as the basis of another consequential decision. These restrictions apply even when a professional is present.

A refusal, interruption or safety message must not be bypassed, suppressed or represented as a conversation participant’s statement. If Doli becomes aware of a material or repeated violation, access may be proportionately restricted or terminated for cause subject to mandatory notice and cure rights.

4. Plans and purchases

A new personal account receives 30 free minutes once (free start), once per email address. To prevent abuse, free starts are limited per device and network; addresses from disposable email services receive no free start. There is no claim to a recurring or permanently unchanged free offer.

Paid subscriptions come in the tiers Plus, Premium and Ultimate, weekly with 100, 225 or 500 minutes or monthly with 400, 900 or 2,000 minutes. All minutes of a billing period are available in full from its start. Unused minutes lapse at the end of the period and are not carried over to the next period.

When you upgrade to a higher tier, the new tier starts at once with its full minute allowance; unused minutes of the previous tier are not carried over. The timing and billing of other changes follow the store.

Top-up minutes and yearly plans are no longer sold; top-up minutes already bought remain valid. Personal customers buy subscriptions only in the app: through the Apple App Store and, once Doli is available for Android, through Google Play. doliapp.de concludes no contracts with consumers. The store checkout displays the binding price, term, renewal and cancellation details. Deleting the app or Doli account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Mandatory cancellation, refund and warranty rights remain unaffected.

5. Business customers

The Business Terms, DPA 1.6 and the web terms for business customers, including the pay-as-you-go addendum, also apply to business plans. New business contracts are concluded exclusively on the website and billed through Stripe.

For earlier business-plan purchases in the App Store or on Google Play, the original acceptance record remains authoritative, and the Store controls payment, refund, term, renewal and cancellation under its terms. Doli controls business-contract evidence and entitlement projection. A personalized contract copy is created only after activation, remains private, and is never published on this website.

New purchases are allowed only for countries enabled in the server-side country catalog. Mandatory local law, sanctions, provider availability, and excluded uses continue to apply.

6. Availability and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Statutory rights for digital products apply. Liability remains unlimited where required by law, including intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. The German terms contain the complete liability wording.

7. Governing language and law

German law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection at the consumer’s habitual residence. The German terms control. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
