Manage or cancel your subscription
Cancel a contract here: Doli subscriptions are currently purchased only through Apple App Store or Google Play and must therefore be managed in the relevant store.
Open the store used for the purchase
Sign in with the Apple or Google account used for the purchase and select Doli. The store shows the binding term, renewal date and cancellation option. No paid subscription is currently concluded on doliapp.de itself.
Cancellation and account deletion are separate
Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal while access normally continues until the end of the paid period shown by the store. Deleting the app or Doli account does not cancel a store subscription, and cancelling in the store does not delete the Doli account.

If Doli is missing from the list, check the other store or another store account. Contact info@v-iz.de for technical help, but never send your one-time code.
